PAWS Accepted to ACM/IEEE IoTDI ’18

The Pedestrian Safety project was accepted for publication and presentation at the International Conference on Internet of Things 2018. The project aims to alert pedestrians of oncoming hazards on the streets, like oncoming cars, by utilizing microphones embedded in a wearable headset.

ICSL and CISL PhD student Daniel De Godoy Peixoto will be presenting the project at IoTDI 2018 between April 17 to April 20, 2018 in Orlando, Florida. To learn more about the project, please visit the SEUS/PAWS project page or the NSF project website.
